She's eating something thank God....oh geez...this is so bad....can you seek another Vets opinion(is your vet a reptile vet?)...usually calcium injections are REQUIRED in this advanced stage. Also another herp vet may want to splint her leg. Nekton is ok...but your iguana needs a phosphorus free calcium supplement too. Citrical (without Vitamin D3)get it at any drug store. Its calcium citrate and absorbs so much better than calcium carbonate. Crush it and put that & the Nekton on her salad that youve sprayed with water EVERYDAY. Get her in the SUN everyday if possible..yes keep her in the tank NO Climbing with uvb flourescent tube within 9 1/2 inches of her 12 hours a day . Keep her tank warm 90-100 degrees. It will take weeks to months ...this is so awful...Please get her to another vet, she IS suffering. cut back on the romaine...but add to it small chopped mustard greens or collard greens and alfafa hay cut up & wet!add pieces of whole wheat bread or Total cereal, get her some rasberries or papaya little pieces in her salad the color will attract her to eat mix it up.. Then gradually give her less & less romaine and just the other greens. We have more info on other good foods to give her later. If you have access to dandelions the ones from a yard! pesticide & herbicide free use those..flowers , stems, roots finely chopped after cleaned. No frozen ANYTHING!
Im giving you a link to herp vets nationally... more about treating MBD....she's still eating this will help you find another vet, who knows that's the good part!
