Has she had this bulge long? Is it a bulge or a bump on the skin?Is it closer to her/his front leg shoulder joint,thinking maybe dislocated shoulder.I really don't have a clue.I would probably take her/him to a vet for x-rays just to be sure.Please keep us posted on how you two are doing and send along some pics of the two of you.
