AIUTO pitone reale con possibile setticemia

Il mio pitone di 9 mesi presenta macchioline rosse che si notano sopratutto dove la pigmentazione č gialla le macchioline non sono superficiali e le scaglie si presentano normali le mucose idem il serpente si comporta in modo normale l'ho partato dal Vet che ha escluso acari,funghi o irritazione a parlato di SETTICEMIA e mi ha prescritto antibiotico da ignettare per 10 gg.
Qualcuno puņ darmi qualche altra informazione????
Come possono succedere cose di questo tipo se sono state seguite tutte le norme igeniche e ambientali?????
