Sono nuovo mi serve un consiglio sul terrario

Ragazzi mi immergo adesso in questo mondo.

Mi sto autocostruendo un terrario 110x50x60 in multistrato. Sta venendo carino però...
2 domande per voi esperti:
Ho intensione di montarci
1 spot da 100W da supermercato
1 neon reptisun 5.0 da 30W 90cm
1 piastra riscaldante

Va bene tutto questo? Cioè va bene il neon da 90cm o è troppo lungo? In caso fosse lungo come faccio? Posso montarlo su una plafoniera per neon comprata al ferramenta per spendere poco?

L'altra domanda è: che bestio ci metto dentro? :)
Ho visto il drago barbuto ma ho letto che cresce fino a 60 cm e secondo me il terrario è troppo piccolo per una coppia.
Certo l'idea era quella di allevare lacerta viridis ma ho visto che è proibito dalla legge.
C'è un sauro legale e piccolino che stia bene nel mio terrario?
Insomma non voglio vedere che l'animale soffre la "prigionia" anche se dorata.
