Ciao Mara,se l'occhio non presenta ferite prova a controllare se per caso è il muco che blocca le palpebre,se dovesse essere quello passa con uno straccetto inumidito con acqua tipeda sull'occhio,dovrebbe bastare.
Fammi sapere le sue condizioni se peggiorano in modo che ti possa aiutare.
