slogatura dito iguana

Questa sera mentre pulivo il terrario ho lasciato un pò libera Luana per la casa. Quando l'ho rimessa dentro ho notato un leggero tremolio della zampa anteriore destra.Essendo un movimento mai visto mi sono insospettito e ho visto che il "mignolo" era più rialzato e toccandoglielo Luana ha fatto bobbing (cioè su e giù con la testa).
Inoltre vedevo che nella camminata poneva attenzione a non toccare con quel dito.Si tratta di una slogatura o peggio di una rottura? Domani devo andare subito dal veterinario oppure il dito ritornerà a posto da solo? per precauzione ho parzialmente fasciato la zampa facendo attenzione a non renderla troppo stretta...Luana è un Iguana Maschio di tre anni. aspetto con anzia vostri consigli.
