Hello!
I've recently purchased a bull x black rat snake that is about 20 inches long, and I was wondering if anyone else has kept this hybrid?
What are the problems (if any) that may occur with such and animal?
How large will it grow to be?
What is the temperment of this hybrid?
I've kept both of these species before, and honestly, I bought this animal because it is very drab in coloration, but it looks like an interesting animal to work with.
The specimen in question is currently in the shed cycle, and will be vet checked today. I may have pics in the future, and while I am divided about keeping hybrids, I figure that the best way to form an opinion is to keep one.
