There were originally 7 of the leucistic gators. They were all captured (along with the normal siblings) by a guy who worked for an oil company. He thought they were neat. I beleive that 4 of these still are alive. One travels from zoo to zoo. I'm not sure who owns the others. There was a write up about them in my local newspaper years back.
:Unsure. I remember a long time ago, their was one at the Toronto Zoo for awhile. Didn't stay for long, and I can't remember which zoo owned it. Sorry.

:: Are you talking about the one in Louisiana or Florida(can't remember which) that Corwin had on his show? I THINK I heard of another one as wellbut not sure. Anyway, the last I heard, yes, that one was still alive.
