Hey, sometimes it can be the pet store owner messing with the customers... I had a young girl come into my stre, she was yelling and generally spooking my herps, suddenly her eyes fixated on the mice I raise as feeders... she was looking at them and saying "how cute, what do you do with them?" So I picked one up by the tail and fed it to one of the monitors (Freddy loves mice) I don't think that girl will come out of shock any time soon.
