I was at an expo and this girl had just bought a baby alligator. When her boyfriend returned and informed her how big it would get she looked at him and said." It's an alligator????!!!!"
I was walking at another expo and this guy had just bought a copperhead. When his friends told him it was veneomous, his jaw dropped. I have many, many more, such as: I asked a vendor if the leopard gecko she was selling was a high yellow or a jungle and she stared at me and said, ",...Uh, its just a lizard...um...50 bucks" and walked away. I almost screamed...I hate that because then the animals have to pay for it...
