I usually offer water twice a month when my horned lizards are inactive, usually by lightly misting the horned lizards body and or the substate(if their buried). Unfortunately one platyrhinos has what looks to be a skin fungus growing on her belly. She is very healthy otherwise. I seem to think it may have been from too much moisture during her inactivity or bacteria build up in the substrate. Anyone experience anything like this before? How can I treat it? I have changed the substrate and now only offer water through an eyedropper. She has been in captivity for over 4 years with no problems occuring earlier.
Thanks
Jeff
