How many ants?

Hi

Im curious I have had my horned lizard for about a week now and have been feeding him worms and other bugs since I couldnt get ants. Now that Im gonna get him ants how many should I get for a weeks supply and how many should I feed daily? or should I feed once every other day?

Also hes about 2-3 inches what is the growth rate on these guys? He just seems so fragile I want him to grow.
