Need to know about Hibernating

My HT has stopped eatting. She has had a good diet of ants. She has stopped eatting this last week and does look thinner. I was wondering if she has started hibernation. We have had a cold spell but she has a light. She just sits and keeps her eyes closed. Do I keep her light on if she is hiberating. I read that you stop feeding her but for how long? How do I know when she is ready to eat again.
