:the cricket / mealworm diet is not a healthy diet. If the HLs hibernate, no more food items in the enclosure unless there is HL activity. Anything left in the enclosure, with no HL activity, should be removed. Your provided diet, crickets and mealworms, will cause problems of impacting and excessive fat in the HL tissues. If you want healthy HLs, get them on the right diet. Lester G. Milroy III
