I should have qualifies more active. On the way home he lifted his head all the way up and did move around his carrier more. He still is using his front feet but that is better than on the trip to the vet. He also said that the Calcium: Phosphorus (Ca:P) ration should be 2:1. That is why the multivitamins are given 2-3 times a week and the calcium everyday.
Since the vet said it would be 6-8 weeks until he was back to normal so I will try to post periodic updates.
This is the only care sheet that I have seen that talks about calcium supplements.

I am also going to post updates on my web site when I get it up and running.
