I had aquired two baby horned lizards from the time they were three days old.(They are now two months old) Yes, I know this for a fact because the mom had seventeen of them, the second day she was caught. Anyways, I have two and another person has one and we need to know what we need to do to either help them hibernate or if we can get ants for them somewhere to last the winter. We have some cold temperatures up here and well the ants don't make it. I have Andruw Jones and Greg Maddoux in a small octagon fish tank. They seem to be doing really well. THey eat constantly and love to sit in their water dish. I hate to say this but I am pretty attached to the little guys. Some other people that took some babies let them go about a month ago because of the inability to find ants. I have yet to feed them crickets but I also don't have very good accessibilty to a pet store furnishing small crickets. Please help!
