HL not moving his front legs.

My one HL jsut lays there with his front legs streched out to the sides. He hardley moves and when he does he doesn't use his front legs just pushes with his back legs. He just shed last week. I haven't seen him eat any ants but he has eaten a few waxworms. He is a Phrynosoma platyrhinos. any help would be appreciated.
