Question for Lester-insects on eyelids

I have 3 horned lizards that all share the same enclosure. Two of which are coastal and one a regal. The two coastals have these little black, round, hard shelled bugs that gather just around the tender part of the eyelids. My regal does not have them and never has. What are they? And, besides pulling them off, is there anything I can do to eradicate them?
