I am glad to see this forum for all the Horned Lizard lovers. I have several of the little critters. I live in Florida and noticed several Florida owners questioning what ants to feed their Toads! Well, you will be glad to know there are red Harvestor ants in Florida! I have located four colonies in my area I may choose from to suppy my Horned lizards with! Mine will eat 60 to 75 ants a day. Plus a cricket or two! If any Floridians have questions about finding Harvestor ants in Florida let me know! Will post more later! Thanks! Bill.
