Hello all. I'm from East Texas, where Texas HL's once abounded. The imported fire ants seem to have erased the HL's from the landscape. When I was younger, before I was more interested in conservation, I imported a Roundtail from far West Texas. I somehow managed to keep him alive for 2 years.
Anyways, I am studying up on horned lizards and may in the future
try to raise them in captivity. I'm also working towards getting my masters in Biology so maybe I will be able to possess a collector's license. Don't want to make this too long, so I will post more at another time. I'm glad to have found this forum. Thanks! Michael Mars.
