Any WC reptile in Ca is illegal to cross state lines and last I heard any horneds in Nevada weren't to be sold or bartered BUT may be given away. Also Chad Im in Oklahoma and have caught both Rountails( P. modestum )and Texas horneds (P. coronatum). The Roundtails are allowed to keep with out any permits but the Texas horneds you will need a Scientific Collectors Permit. They
are not allowed to be sold at all and not to be traded unless it's with another SCP holder that has the species on the permits. BTW if and when you are interested in going to see a few horneds maybe we can hook up and go, I know a few good spots near Red River......
