It's been 17 years since I researched the formic acid. I can't remember the details other than I checked with chemists at the school science Bldg. You may check there at a large campus and see what they can do.
I never actually obtained the stuff, good luck.
PS, I caught a real nice Mtn. Short horned the other day and saw around 25 desrets on a drive accross highway 6 in Nv. last weekend.
