:You cannot buy HLs from other states, legally. The only states where commercial collection is legal is Nevada for the Desert Horned Lizard, Phrynosoma platyrhinos, and the Shorthorned Lizard, Phrynosoma hernandezi (douglassi), and Texas for the Roundtail HLs, Phrynosoma modestum. All other HLs species are PROTECTED. ILLEGAL in the PET TRADE. Fedeal Law - Lacy Act, and local state ESAs. Lester G. Milroy III
