injured horn lizzard?

Yesterday, my kids took a HL from some kids that were being mean to it. It looks a little off to me but I cant explain it really. I dont want to just turn it loose in case it is hurt and cant eat but I am not that knowing to do vet on this. What should I do??I already let ours loose so I have a place for it to rest but I think it needs somthing else. I am by apple valley cal.
