:Well I built the ultimate incubator! I used a pid controller with fuzzy logic and a wine cooler from home depot. this thing is so cool! It is self tuning so it will know what to do if I open the door, or my room heats up!my peak and valley is 0.1 deg F.If you use a controller that does not have fuzzy logic it will always overshoot your temp if the room warms up or you open the door. The wine cooler is a great way to go. It is 4 cubic feet with a glass front. You don't have to take it apart or ruin it. and cost $130! Thats so cheap!I also think if you are a lifer you should go with pid controllers. also see www.omega.com
