for eastern hognose to vary in color. Here in Montgomery County, Texas the overall color is usually yellowish brown, but I have found many individuals that were shades of black, brown, olive, pink, orange, and even red. Many my be solid colored or patterned with brown or black blotches. Send us a picture when you can.
