Quite ambitious! I honestly don't see why an all glass aquarium wouldn't suffice, light fixtures are easy to obtain and an under tank heater is easy enough to install. Unfortunately it is VERY difficult to make a hognose proof exhibit. Any live plants have to have the soil covered because they will burrow through it. And the best substrate for them, aspen, is not very natural looking.

I do have one recommendation that you should take seriously, do not house hognoses together! It does not matter if they are close in size and have been housed together for years, there simply is a strong possibility that they would bite and / or eat each other. We have had this phenomenon posted a couple of times on this forum, and it always happens when they have been housed together for a number of years.
