My male western has a huge feeding response. Really strange compared to many hogs. He absolutely nails fuzzies like no tomorrow. SO one day instead of putting him in his feedbox first then putting the fuzzy in I reversed the order. On top of that I think I had given my younger female a pink first so my hands really smelled delicous to him. I picked him up and watched him turn his head toward my index finger and proceed to try to bite down and chew. I reacted quickly before he could bite down hard. He only manged to surprise me, no broken skin. Made me learn from my mistake. At least your bite is only mild swelling.
