It is probably a better idea. Sometimes if you dont not cycle the snakes, infertile eggs are the result. Sometimes if you dont cycle, the snakes do not know it is the time to breed for the year. So cycling the snakes and allowing them to brumate is probably the best idea, but you can always try to breed with out it. Andy
