learning?

Does anybody have experience of their hognoses learning behaviours from their cagemates,It would be interesting to know how much they do learn from each other.
I am asking because my little female tends to imitate the big male in some of his climbing and today the male ate an unscented rat pup I had placed out for the female, after sniffing the female polishing off the first rat pup, he was pretty interested in her eating but normally he simply sniffs then goes looking to see if I have hidden his meal elsewhere, of course this means I now have to feed them seperately all the time I cant leave the male in while I feed the female.
