Breeding Western Hogsose Question

I have two males and three females that I have been trying to get to breed. The males are very interested but the females do show what at the beginning what looks to be interest (tail thrashing and jerking), but as the male gets into position she raises up and throws him off or moves and throws him off. I have rotated the males between all the females with the same results. I have not seen any confirmation of breeding just lots of attempts by the males. How many of you have not witnessed copulation but have received eggs. Any other info would be appreciated.
