If you suspect that the other hognose is stressing the other, then the common sense would be to go with that by separting them. Maybe it could be your setup...Does he have a hiding spot? does he have a place to dig? Is there not a bunch of crap that might stress him? Are his temps right? You need to elimitate every possibility. The simplest set up is probably best and separte them!
