Here is my Mexican (about 16 inches) taking out a fuzzy that was more hopper size... but it didn't have its eyes open yet. He seems to prefer taking a couple large fuzzies over the larger mice. Other than having to feed him more than one, I don't have a problem feeding him a couple fuzzies.

Better than this one red western I had... couldn't get him to eat mice too well, live or F/T... tried scenting, cutting the brain open, sticking him in a bag with it, etc... then I got this one black pinkie instead of an albino and he nailed it, and nailed every colored/parti-colored mouse offered since then, unscented f/t no prob every since. Go figure. Some just prefer their mice a certain way, be it color or size.

:My hog still refuses everything over fuzzie size.
