Twice in the last few days on this forum I've seen you make the statement that sexual maturity in hogs is determined by age, not size.
Every other snake species with which I am familiar (and my limited experience breeding nasicus) suggests to me that this isn't true. Please understand, I am not challenging you personally on this issue, I have just never heard this statement made so emphatically about a snake before.
What is the basis for this statement?
Would an significantly undersized female who is two years old be sexually mature (from what you seem to be saying, that would be the case)?
