Hi; My 2, 6mo 1 foot long Easterns usually eat once per week like clockwork, but today I switched to more appropriately sized fuzzy mice, and the male ate, but the female who is a more agressive and usually less picky eater refused her meal. I tried braining it, scenting it with frog juice, a different mouse, and even a pinky, but no go. I'm pretty surprised, as they're temps and environment are unchanged, but the weather outside is bitter cold, so I'm wondering if she is having a mid-winter moment?
If anyone has some insite from a similar experience I'd appreciate the info. Right now I'm not all that concerned, but just wondering if any of you are experiencing this too.
Thanx
