ANOTHER not eating question :)

Hi All - I know this subject tends to get batted around a lot on this forum but now I'm in the position to question ...

Harley is a young Western - born ~ July 14th. He's been eating weekly and for the past 3 feedings his meals went from 1 f/t pink to 2! I had been SO pleased that I wasn't having any feeding issues ...

That was 4 weeks ago ... At first when he didn't come out to eat I blew it off - no big deal first week. Second week started getting worried that not only did he not eat, but he wasn't cruising his tank regularly anymore. Third week I dug him out of his hiding and noticed that he seemed to be experiencing a difficult shed. I soaked him a bit and the rest of the shed came off fine. Still he wasn't interested in eating. When I put him back in his enclosure he made the rounds and then buried himself. I thought everything would go back to normal but over the fourth week I didn't see him once and he didn't eat again this past weekend.

SO - should I be worried? Should I just monitor his weight and keep offering food on a regular basis? Should I not offer food until I start seeing some action again?

Any advice or opinion is appreciated!
Thanks!
Martha
