Kenyans are great snakes too (I think this forum is a little biased?). As juveniles they spend as much time above the substrate as hogs do, but they spend more time underground as they age. So if you want a snake you're going to see consistantly, get the hog. If you want a snake that's an orange and black sausage with tiny eyes and a rough tail, get the KSB.
