have seen this is a particularly drab colored speciman. If you check hognose.com, there are some real stunners. What local is this from? Generally, they have bright red ventrals and from the shot, you do not even get a hint of red. Although the specific photo is not of the ventrals, the animals pictured on hognose.com generally have red or a hint of red on the dorsal scales.
