I vote that it's a cinctum. The dorsal bands seem to be more or less intact with little mottling. Also, the tails of suspectum generally have black bands that are much broader than the orange bands while the cinctum's tail usually has orange bands that are as wide or wider than the black bands. The tail banding on this specimen is fairly even so I believe it's a cinctum. Fun game :)
