Hi,
I live in CA, and have always been under the impresion that gilas were illegal(like all good things in CA) to own w/o some zoo permit. Anyway, while cruising through the venomous adds< I saw one for gilas in CA. My question is are gilas completely off limits for herpers in CA, or can you buy them with a special permit, and how difficult is it to get a permit. I'm not looking to get one, but I'm curious.
