Here is some data from last night with one pair (for those of you who are as obsessive as I am about the details):
The time ranges are when this single pair was "locked up" last night.
Date: 4/22/02
02:01-02:08, T=7 min
02:12-02:25, T=13 min
02:37-04:16, T=1 hr 39 min
04:53-07:08, T=2 hr 15 min
As you can see, this pair had quite the busy night. One lesson is not to be so quick to separate a pair after copulation has been observed. Also, most breeding activity in my group is occurring at night and early morning.
If anyone has any data or observations to share, I'd like to post some of it on my site for all to benefit from. Let me know if you are interested in posting some credited info there.
Mark
