I have heart "burn" though with people who go deep into their habitat and collect them. If someone finds a gila on a busy road in or on the edge of town, or in someones swimming pool or garage and takes it home, then hey... That's more a personal issue. Though still breaking the law, it's not the same as disturbing pristine nature. I don't just feel this way about gilas, either. It goes for all other herps and wildlife as well.
