Do any of you Heloderma breeders have "good, accurate" locality data on your gilas or beadeds? When I say "good and accurate" I don't mean Southeastern Arizona or coastal Jalisco. I mean like "from specimens collected by so and so from near the village of Mojari, Sonora, Mexico near the Rio Mayo in 1978" or "from specimens collected along the Rio Fuerte near the village of Huites, Sinaloa, Mexico". I imagine there are quite a lot of really good locality specific gilas out there but what about beadeds? Everytime I see H. h. exasperatum for sale they're advertised as Rio Fuerte beadeds and the locality info given (if you ask) is always "Rio Fuerte of course". H. h. exasperatum and H. h. horridum intergrade as do H. h. horridum and H. h. alvarezi. They are really variable animals even within the same general area. Just curious if anyone out there actually has some history on their animals. Thanks.
