:Would recommend a vet check them out. possible filarial or Pentastomid parasites (worms live under the skin -can be fairly common in imports. Vet may lance/"cut" area and inspect what's underneath - if granuloma (infection)--->antibiotics if parasite-->antihelminthic (dewormer) Good Luck
