Need some urgent help!

I just found one of my snakes (Pyromelana pyromelana dead.
I just took him out of 5 month of hibernation 3 days ago)and today i found him dead after vomiting allot of blood from his mouth.
My vet. think it's because of strees that blow up one of the stomack blood vesel.
Is it common? is it posibel?
What do u think?

P.s-sorry about my English it's not my mother tongu
