Unfornutelly, flapnecks are mostly wild caught. How long have you had him. You could try misting him heavely. What are the temps like? Humidity levels? You can also use a syrinmge without the needle to try "injecting" some into his system. Might want to mix it with some vitamins too. Cant hurt anything at this stage. Also might want to try to get him to a vet if you can. After all this, he is going to be extremelly stressed so make sure you leave him alone.
