Snake is rotting. help!

Could anyone tell me whats the matter with this snake ... http://www.herpo.com/temp/milktail.jpg
Its a Pueblan, i bought a trio about 5 months ago, and now both females displayed this, 1 has died, the link shows the second, and the male is fine.
Anyone have any idea?
Its almost as if they are simply rotting away both inside and out.
Any help would be great.
