A leopard gecko should have thin, straight legs and if you look under/behind them you should see a deeply indented "armpit". Any lumps or bumps could be serious and if they are not gone within a few days I would call an exotics vet ASAP. Even if behavior apears normal, reptiles often hide their illnesses until it is too late to save them so any symptoms should be treated seriously and promptly.
