:If you try too often the just get stressed and you set up a pattern of rejection. Leave it at least 4 or 5 days between attempts. Try baby mice that are slightly furred as they seem more attractive to young snakes than real pinkies. They almost always srike and release the first few times. A coil is a good sign. Eventually the next steps should follow.

I have 3 newly acquired babies that first shed 4/15. I know they are tough to feed. The first time neither showed interest in any of the pinks. Last night one showed interest for 15 minutes, one struck repeatly and even wrapped twice only to let go and the other runs. Any thoughts? Should I try feeding them every night? Has anyone had luck with Lizard Maker or Green Tree Frogs? Any help is appreciated.
