GTP 's outside???

my GTP's are getting pretty lazy so I have been putting them outside on my fence for a hour or so ,but they just get comfortable and sit there.I asume it is still doing them some good to get out in the sun and moving around some ???also they should be breeding soon so should I be keeping them together all the time or just for a few hours every day or two? ps I would like to post some pictures but I dont know how to.??
